OQOOD

OQOOD
As soon as the client has chosen a lot and made a reservation for it, he receives a receipt for payment and the object is considered booked. And in order to make the purchase and booking of off-plan real estate as transparent and understandable as possible, the OQOOD portal was developed.
📱This is a resource that helps developers manage their projects during the construction phase. It also allows you to register first sales without visiting the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
OQOOD has become the regulator of the real estate market in Dubai under construction.
After booking a unit, there is still some time to make the first payment and pay a 4% one-time tax to the Land Department (DLD). After paying the tax, the Land Department issues an OQOOD document – an analogue of a certificate of ownership in a house under construction.
We will explain in detail all the nuances of the transaction. Our clients have no unresolved issues.
